Welcome to Rapid Host BD. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and web hosting services, including domain registration, shared license provisioning, email hosting, SSL services, and technical support. By signing up for or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.
1. Service Overview
Rapid Host BD is a Bangladesh-based web hosting provider offering high-performance NVME SSD hosting with BDIX connectivity, domain name registration, business-class email, website migration, and access to shared licenses such as cPanel, WHMCS, and others. Our services are available to individuals, small businesses, agencies, and developers, both within and outside of Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all users of our services, regardless of their location or the nature of the service plan purchased.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer a customer-first 7-day money-back guarantee exclusively on our shared hosting packages. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our shared hosting service within the first seven days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted through your client area by opening a support ticket.
It is important to understand that certain services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, domain name registrations, renewals, and shared license services such as cPanel, Plesk, or WHMCS access. These services are either provisioned through third parties or activated instantly, making reversal impossible once they are registered or activated. Additionally, renewals of hosting plans are not eligible for refunds.
Beyond the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued for shared hosting or any other service unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Acceptable Use of Services
By using our services, you agree not to engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure, users, or legal standing. You are strictly prohibited from using our hosting platforms for hosting or distributing adult or pornographic content, running unauthorized file storage or backup services, engaging in cryptocurrency mining, or sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam).
Activities such as phishing, malware distribution, or hosting content that violates the laws of Bangladesh or international copyright standards are also strictly forbidden. We monitor server performance and abuse, and any account found violating this Acceptable Use Policy may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice. In serious cases, we reserve the right to report your activities to relevant authorities.
4. Payment, Suspension, and Account Termination
All invoices for our services must be paid on or before their respective due dates. We provide multiple local and international payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers. Once an invoice becomes overdue, your services may be affected. If a payment is not received within three (3) days after the due date, your service will be automatically suspended and access to your hosting, email, or license may be restricted.
If payment remains outstanding beyond seven (7) days from the original due date, your account may be terminated, and all associated data permanently deleted from our servers. We are not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from termination due to unpaid invoices. It is your responsibility to keep your billing information up-to-date and make timely payments.
5. Intellectual Property and User Content
All content, software, visual designs, trademarks, and technologies displayed or made available by Rapid Host BD are the intellectual property of the company and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Customers are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
Any content you upload or host using our services remains your property; however, by using our infrastructure, you grant Rapid Host BD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary for the operation and performance of your services.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any user content that we believe violates our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or legal obligations. Repeat violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
6. Modifications to Terms and Services
Rapid Host BD reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. In the event of a significant change that affects your rights or responsibilities, we will provide reasonable notice through email or via your client dashboard. Continued use of our services after changes have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services without prior notice, including pricing, features, or service structure. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when changes may impact your experience or service level.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes data we collect during registration, technical usage logs, and payment details (handled via third-party gateways).

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rapid Host BD shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business disruption, or loss of revenue or profits.
If we are found liable for any issue under these Terms, our total liability shall be limited to an amount not exceeding the fees paid by you for the services in the three (3) months preceding the incident that gave rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of legal action.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapid Host BD, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of our services, your content, or any violation of these Terms.
This obligation survives the termination or expiration of your account and continues to apply as long as your content or actions affect the rights or safety of Rapid Host BD or its users.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
